XIC Library Membership for XIC Alumni

Following is an offer for Alumni seeking membership for the
CARDINAL GRACIAS MEDIA RESOURCE CENTRE (CGMRC)

In order to become a Member of the CGMRC:

• Alumni have to register themselves in the library

FOR REGISTRATION:

• Alumni will need to submit the following details:
  »  Name
  »  Current Residential address
  »  Address for Correspondence
  »  Office address
  »  Designation
  »  Mobile No.
  »  Office Tel. No.
  »  sE-mail id.

• A Library Deposit of Rs. 2000/- (Refundable) is to be paid at the time of Registration

• The Library Membership Fee will be Rs.1000/- p.a.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Alumni can borrow one book and one back issue of any periodical for a period of 10 days.

• Alumni can renew borrowed books TWICE, provided the book is not reserved or in demand. Renewal can be done by phone or by e-mail.

• Alumni can avail of the Reference facility and Photocopying facility of all books and periodicals.

• In case of a delay in returning books or periodicals, Alumni have to pay a fine of Rs.5/- per day (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are included)

• The Library membership and the Library Card is non-transferable. The Loss or defacement of a Library card should be reported to the Librarian immediately

• No Audio-Visual material will be issued against this Library Membership Card.
