Job Description: |
Candidate must have a good exposure to branding, public relation, media communication, corporate communication and corporate affairs.
Build & manage organization/brand reputation through leverage of relationships with key customers, media & other external stakeholders. |

Experience: 7 - 8 years in Corporate Communication, PR & Branding |

Education Qualification: Post Graduate (Mass Communication / Media ). |

Job Responsibilities: |

Corporate Communication |
| |
Formulating & budgeting national communication plan.
Recommends, plans, manages (writes and/or edits) and evaluates communication programs for the Executive Management Team, including
Reports, presentations, press releases and speeches as required
CEO’s electronic and face-to-face communications
Formalized Executive visits/road shows
Develops and maintains strong and mutually positive relationships with communications suppliers.
Identifies appropriate opportunities for award applications. Prepares award submissions and manages the process.
Writes and manages preparation of the Annual Report.
Develops and maintains the Corporate Communications style guide

Public Relations & Press |

Develops, implements, and evaluates public relations programs to enhance company’s image and identity. Manages the relationship with external public relations consultants.
Initiates and maintains contact with media or supervises contractors charged with the same.
Supervises and coordinates spokesperson network; answers written and oral queries as required.
Arranges interviews and news conferences as required.
Develops programs to leverage media coverage internally and externally.
Media relations/media management, including communication strategy & planning.

Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
Preparation of Press Ads. Corporate Ads. Annual Reports, Magazine, Business Cards, Brochures, Calendar, Leaflets, Catalogue, Logos, Poster, Souvenirs, News Letters, Color Correction etc.
Develops and writes regular newsletters addressed to internal and external customers
Mapping of media output.

Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project with Government of Rajasthan |
With regards to the affordable housing EWS (Economical Weaker Section) & LIG (Lower Income Group), last year in 2012 the ADB (Asian Development Bank) & JDA (Jodhpur development Authority) had organized a workshop on transit oriented development of “Future for sustainable cities”.
The workshop aimed to enhance transit oriented housing development to reduce traffic congestion in dense area of the city & provide better housing facilities to EWS & LIG sector.
In regards to this they visited project Arihant Agrima under the flagship of BSE Listed Company “Arihant Superstructures Ltd.” Arihant Agrima PPP project which was awarded to Arihant Superstructure by JDA & govt. of Rajasthan for EWS & LIG. Mr. Gordon Neilson head of ADB from Hong Kong & his Nation & International team (which consist of Michael Mutter - USA, Mr. Keiichi Tamaki - Japan & Mr.Vaibhav Garliya –IAS (Project Director-Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure development project)(PD-RUIDP) was overwhelmed to see the quality of work & facilities which Arihant Superstructures is providing for EWS & LIG group. |

Backward Integration |
ASL’s backward integration plan, ASL in its subsidiary going in for manufacturing of fly ash Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks. The process for this has already begun and our first plant for manufacture of AAC Blocks per annum is coming up shortly at Barmer District, Rajasthan. |
